JVC KD-S71R CD In Dash Receiver face is missing ?

hi this CD player was fitted in a class Mercedes 2006 i just got new car and face was missing so i take out this CD player and i replace new one ,this one i m sealing without face Jvc KD-S71R face front panel missing
